RETURNS

Although every effort is made to present the artwork as accurately as possible, colour images are dependent upon individual moniter settings.  Therefore, we can appreciate that sometimes it may be difficult to judge colours until you actually see them in the setting they were purchased for.  As customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, we will gladly refund (less post & packing costs) any item you are not entirely satisfied with, provided that it is returned within 14 days in the original packaging.

DAMAGE

Great care is taken in packaging the artwork and in the unlikely event of any damage occurring during transit, we will happily replace, repair (if appropriate) or refund.  We would ask that you advise us immediately and we will arrange collection (at our own cost).
